Mervyn Ruben
Director

Mervyn is one of the founding directors of Singer Ruben Partners, with a 40+ year accounting and auditing career that began in South Africa.
Over the years, he has worked for clients across an array of industries – from manufacturing and construction to agriculture and IT. This has given him a deep understanding of the complex financial issues all types of businesses and people face.
As a Director of Singer Ruben since day one, Mervyn is still working with many of his first clients and their families. This is testament to the deep level of trust he has built across generations.
Josh Richter

With over a decade of experience, Josh has built a reputation for delivering clear and proactive advice in a caring and consultative manner.
He develops deep and holistic relationships with people and thrives on the trust others place in him.
Josh acts for a diverse client base across many sectors – including medical, allied health, IT, hospitality, importing and property investment.
Before joining Singer Ruben Partners, Josh was an adviser in the private client space where he worked for a Big 4 and for one of Melbourne’s premier boutique accounting practices.
Adriana Facchino

Adriana brings over 30 years’ experience, having worked in small Public Practices and Corporate firms she has gained valuable experience and knowledge at every level. She is committed to excellence and likes getting things done. A great listener, she is most dedicated to assisting individuals and their businesses achieve their financial and lifestyle goals.
She commenced at SRP at the beginning of April 2025 and the welcoming nature of the staff has made her feel like she’s been there forever.
In her spare time, you will find her on her yoga mat or in front of a canvas, painting another masterpiece, or so she wishes!
Sandy Luong

Sandy has been on the team since 2005, primarily assisting our small business clients with compliance.
She has extensive experiences in preparing financial statements and tax returns for all types of entities, including SMSFs and publicly listed companies, plus auditing and everything in between.
Sandy loves the friendliness and flexibility of the Singer Ruben Partners workplace culture and its close-knit team.
Fanbo Guo

Fanbo commenced her role at SRP in early 2023, bringing with her a diverse background in both public practice and commercial accounting.
She has previously worked in mid-tier accounting firms and held positions in corporate finance, with experience spanning auditing, payroll, and business services.
Her comprehensive skill set allows her to provide well-informed and practical solutions across a range of accounting functions.
Outside of her professional responsibilities, Fanbo enjoys cultivating her home vegetable garden, reflecting her dedication and patience in both personal and professional pursuits.
Amanda Hamilton

Amanda is a bright, dedicated and a hardworking team member of Singer Ruben Partners.
Prior to joining the accounting world, she worked in hospitality. But her passion for all aspects of accounting, drew her to specialise in tax and small business matters. Her strong work ethic, attention to details and problem-solving skills make her a standout. With her exceptional ability to understand people, she effortlessly assists clients with meeting their tax compliance obligations and gaining the best results financially. She is constantly learning and developing her skills and is on her path to being a Chartered Accountant.
Outside of work she spends her time with family and friends. Catching up on the latest episodes of her favourite tv shows or reading a good book.
